1. Agreement to Terms

By applying, engaging in consultation, or accessing the Desiravonix portal (desiravonix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our binding confidentiality covenants.

2. Maturity & Eligibility (18+ Policy)

Desiravonix is exclusively designed for mature, accomplished adults. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. All candidates must complete identity verification and background vetting prior to admission into any membership program.

3. Discretion & Non-Disclosure Requirements

Every member agrees to uphold the sanctity of our private community by observing the following standards:

• Keep all member identities, photographs, introductions, and correspondence strictly confidential.
• Never publicize, screenshot, record, or disclose private matchmaking dossiers.
• Never solicit financial transactions, business investments, or commercial endorsements from fellow members.
• Conduct all interpersonal exchanges with mutual respect, dignity, and high integrity.

4. Bespoke Concierge & Membership Representation

Desiravonix provides bespoke introduction and lifestyle consulting services. While our liaisons exercise meticulous care, intuition, and vetting, romantic chemistry remains deeply personal, and no guarantee of specific outcome or marriage is promised or implied.

5. Termination & Revocation of Privileges

Desiravonix reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges immediately, without prior notice, in the event of any breach of confidentiality, misrepresentation of identity, or violation of our high ethical standards.
